Libyan Kufta Tabiqa.....( Libyan Meatball stew )



Lets make Kufta Stew today!!!! This is our favorite menu in our family specially my naughty son he loves this menu very much!!!! The preparation and ingredient is so so so easy, Lets see what we have to prepare.

  • Onion, diced  1/2 cup
  • Potato, diced 2 cm 1 cup
  • Olive oil 3 tbs
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbs
  • Water 2 cups
  • Miced meat 300 g
  • Semolina flour 1/4 cup
  • Coriander chopped finely  
  • Hararat
  • Black papper (powder)
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt









This is semolina



         Mixed meat , onion, coriander and semolina together





Put species hararat, black pepper, tumeric and salt as you like




Mold to small ball, put in the pan and split some olive oil




Cover and put on medium fire





Check it for some time and mix. When the meatball become golden brown turn off the gas





Put oil in another pot, fried onion , potato then tomato paste

As photo then put water, covered till potato nearly cooked put meatball





Cover wait till potato cooked and the water level is balanced, taste it. You can put more salt and pepper if you like
